Exchanges & Returns:

Items purchased cannot be returned unless found defective. For returns due to quality issues, Raiment 61 will issue a full refund as store credit, which can be used for future online orders. A one-time exchange can be requested within 3 days of receiving the item, provided it has not been worn, altered, or washed.

The item(s) must be in their original packaging with the invoice. If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange. For orders within Pakistan, exchanges can be requested if the item is delivered incorrectly (size, color, or silhouette).

Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded, but defective items will be refunded in the form of a credit coupon code. Exchanges can only be made for the same product. Returns and exchanges within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Raiment 61 at the customer’s expense.

International Orders

All our international orders are delivered via DHL Express. We endeavor to deliver international orders within 15 working days. The customer must select payment via credit/debit card for international orders.

Exchange/Refund policy is not applicable for international orders. However, if items are defective, you may either request an exchange or receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase made with Raiment 61.

Raiment 61 reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment declines by your authorized financial institution. The customer will bear taxes, fees, surcharges, and duties (if applicable) subject to international orders. At Raiment61, we try to reach every destination. If there are any shipping restrictions on your address, you will see them when you complete your order.

Local Orders

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization. We strive to process and deliver orders within 5-7 working days, subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, delivery may be delayed or impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. Dispatches are not made on weekends, public holidays, or outside regular business hours.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be made upon delivery. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery during normal working hours, the courier will return the goods to us, and a re-attempt will be made.
