DELIVERIES:
- A flat shipping rate of Rs:200 /- will be charged on orders within Pakistan.
- All orders may take up to 3-4 working days on regular days and during sales, they will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
EXCHANGES:
In order to qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to process any requests after 24 hours.
To qualify for an exchange:
- We will gladly accept any item that is in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you meet the above criteria contact us at customersupport@raiment61.com to process your request or contact us at 0327-0007761. Our customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
- The defective order must be returned to us within 3 days after intimation.
- We will accommodate exchange request in case the product is found to be faulty due to reasons on our end. However, if the product is damaged as a result of reasons beyond our control or due to mishandling on the customer's part, we may not be able to accommodate the exchange request.
