  • Does Raiment 61 have a exchange policy?

    In order to qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to process any requests after 24 hours.

    To qualify for an exchange:

     

    • We will gladly accept any item that is in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase. 
    • If you meet the above criteria contact us at customersupport@raiment61.com to process your request contact us at 0327-0007761. Our customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
    • The defective order must be returned to us within 3 days after intimation.

    • We will accommodate exchanges in case the product is found to be faulty due to reasons on our end. However, if the product is damaged as a result of reasons beyond our control or due to mishandling on the customer's part, we may not be able to accommodate the exchange request.

    Our standard shipping times vary depending on the location, but most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances.
