Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where Can I Receive My Order?

We deliver to all valid residential and commercial addresses. However, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

2. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Local Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• International Orders:

  • Delivery typically takes 12 to 15 working days after order confirmation.
  • Customs clearance or local courier delays may extend the delivery time.

Note: During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays (such as bad weather, strikes, or logistical issues), delivery times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

3. What Are the Shipping Charges?

Our shipping charges are designed to be simple and transparent:

• Local Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • A flat fee of Rs. 200 will be charged per order.

• International Orders:

  • Shipping charges vary based on the destination country, order weight, and size. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Which Courier Service Will Deliver My Order?

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier partners:

  • Local Orders: Delivered via PostEx.
  • International Orders: Delivered via DHL.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and number. You can track your order using the following platforms:

  • Local Orders (Pakistan): Track via PostEx Tracking
  • International Orders: Track via DHL Tracking

6. What Happens if I Am Not Available at the Time of Delivery?

  • Our courier partners will attempt two more attempts at your given address.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier service will try to contact you for rescheduling.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you may need to place a new order.

7. What Payment Methods Are Available?

We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for Local Orders Only:

  • Pay in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount, as delivery riders may not carry change.

• Online Payment (For Both Local & International Orders):

  • Secure payments via credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.
  • Payments undergo a security verification process before order processing.

8. Will I Have to Pay Customs Duties or Taxes for International Orders?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

  • All international orders are shipped on a “Duties and Taxes Unpaid” basis.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country’s customs office.
  • Customs authorities require us to declare the full order value on the package.
  • If customs duties are due, you will be notified by the courier service (DHL) before delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on applicable import duties and taxes.

9. Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works:

  • For COD Orders: You can cancel before your order is processed. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For Online Payments: If you wish to cancel before shipping, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please Note: If an order is returned due to non-payment of customs duties or failure to receive it, shipping costs will not be refunded.
